Legends Night Free Name & Letter Printing: Terms & Conditions
The offer
1. This offer is for free name and letter (instead of number) printing, available in-store only for Legends night on Friday 30th October, from 10am until 30 minutes after the final whistle of the Bristol Bears v Leicester Tigers match.
2. The offer applies to all newly purchased 26/27 replica shirts.
3. Customers can have letters printed on 26/27 shirts they already own for £15.
4. Letter printing is only available on official 2026/27 Bristol Bears replica shirts. Unfortunately, the club cannot offer this service on shirts from previous seasons, as replacement shirts would not be available in the unlikely event of an issue during the printing process.
5. As part of this offer a Letter is printed in place of a number. Number printing is not available as part of this offer.
Eligibility and limits
6. The offer is available in-store only. It cannot be claimed online, over the phone or retrospectively.
7. The offer applies to each shirt purchased.
8. Existing shirts must be presented in-store at the time of printing. Proof of purchase may be requested.
9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other printing offer, and has no cash alternative.
10. Shirts must be in an undamaged condition to be eligible for printing.
Names and lettering
11. Names are limited to 14 characters and a single letter. Available letters and fonts are those stocked in-store on the day.
12. We reserve the right to refuse any name, word or letter combination we consider offensive, inappropriate or infringing on a trademark.
13. Customers are responsible for checking the spelling and letter choice before printing begins, and we cannot be held responsible for errors in the information provided.
Printing and returns
14. Printing times may vary depending on demand. We cannot guarantee completion before the match or before the offer ends.
15. Printed items are personalised and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
16. Letters are applied by heat press. Please follow the care instructions provided to protect the print.
General
17. All offers are subject to availability.
18. Bristol Sport reserves the right to amend, withdraw or end this offer at any time without notice, including due to stock or operational reasons.
19. Staff decisions on eligibility are final.
