Bristol City Remembrance Poppy Printing: Terms & Conditions

1. Free poppy printing is available on any newly purchased Bristol City replica shirt bought in the Bristol Sport store between 10am and 30 minutes after the final whistle, for Bristol City’s Remembrance fixture against Norwich City on Saturday 7 November 2026.
2. The offer is available in-store only and cannot be redeemed online or by phone.
3. Poppy printing can also be added to a 26/27 Bristol City replica shirt you already own for £6, on the same day and in the same store.
4. Poppy printing is only available on official 2026/27 Bristol City replica shirts. Unfortunately, the club cannot offer this service on shirts from previous seasons, as replacement shirts would not be available in the unlikely event of an issue during the printing process.

5. Free printing applies to shirts purchased as part of the same transaction only. Shirts bought previously are charged at £6.
6. The offer includes a poppy design only. Player names, numbers and any other personalisation are not included and are charged at standard prices.
7. One poppy print per shirt.
8. Printing is subject to availability and production time. We cannot guarantee collection before kick-off unless confirmed at the point of purchase.
9. Free printing has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
10. Shirts with poppy printing are personalised items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. The poppy design, size and placement are chosen by the club and cannot be changed.
12. Bristol Sport reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
