How to claim (online)

1. Add a qualifying home shirt to your basket.
2. Select Proceed to checkout.
3. Choose your free scarf from the options shown. You can claim one scarf per shirt purchased.
4. Select your scarf and click Add to bag.
5. Select Proceed to checkout again to complete your order with your free scarf included.

Important: your free scarf can only be claimed during checkout. If it isn't added before you complete your order, we can't post it to you separately afterwards.

How to claim (in-store)

Bring a qualifying home shirt and your choice of free scarf to the till, and the scarf will be free of charge.

Home Goalkeeper shirts are not included in this offer.

If you return the shirt you must also return the free scarf, otherwise the full cost of the free product will be deducted from your refund. The free scarf cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash.

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer runs until 11:59pm on Monday 19th October in the Bristol Sport Store and the Bristol Sport online shop, while stocks last.
2. Customers receive one free scarf with each qualifying home shirt purchased. Qualifying items are the adult, women's, youth and infant home shirts and the home toddler kit.
3. Customers can choose from 6 scarf designs. The Bristol City Women's Scarf is not included in this offer.
4. The free scarf is subject to availability. Stock is limited and we may withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.
5. The free scarf cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
6. If you return a qualifying shirt, you must also return the free scarf in its original, unused condition. If the scarf is not returned, its full retail price will be deducted from your refund.
7. This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, you're entitled to a remedy in line with our returns policy.
8. Bristol Sport reserves the right to refuse the offer where it believes it is being misused.
